The didactic introductory event in ILS
The ILS has launched an initiative: A didactic introductory event that serves as a quality assurance tool for our teaching staff.
At the beginning of this year, we implemented a new further training concept. This is aimed at course instructors who do not yet have an SVEB1 qualification or a comparable qualification in adult education. In a compact 90-minute compulsory course, participants gain a sound insight into the essential basics of adult education.
The structure is systematically thought through: A welcome round and introduction to the course objectives are followed by a PowerPoint-based presentation of the SVEB1 core content. The intensive exchange of experiences is particularly valuable - both the course leader and the participants contribute practical examples. For in-depth discussions, both the direct exchange after the event and individual meetings are available.
An experienced SVEB1-certified specialist will lead the event, which will conclude with a feedback round and an open question and answer session.
This introduction ensures a uniform quality standard in our adult education.
